The hotel is conveniently located near major malls and offers various food options. the room is clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and comfortable pillows and bed. the staff is friendly and accommodating, even allowing for early check-out and 24/7 car watch on limited parking spots.
Some guests have found the service lacking in areas such as communication and cleanliness.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. the location was perfect, with lots of convenience stores and food stalls nearby. I also enjoyed the fact that the staff were nice and accommodating.
The unreliable WiFi. It was virtually impossible to get any work done, which was frustrating.

Located near major malls and convenience stores, which is great for finding things to do during the Christmas holiday. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We enjoyed the peace and quiet in our room.
There were limited parking spots available and the WiFi was either not working or unreliable. This made it impossible to complete work during the holiday.

It's close to two major malls and there are plenty of convenience stores and food stalls nearby. The staff was nice and accommodating, and the room wasnice and neat. The bed and pillows were good, and the aircon worked well. I also appreciated that I could check out early in the morning with no hassle.
